Pacsafe VentureSafe

I figure, if I'm going to train for the moment I actually leave Montreal, then I need to have proper vagabond gear. I've heard so many good reviews about this security bag. Considering the cost of it, I certainly hope it lives up to its name. Since deciding to give up all of my needless possessions, I want to have the ability to pack whatever I need in this bag. Some people have asked me, "You're really going to do this? How are you going to go about doing this?" and if there's anything that I've learned during my time here in life it's that---the more you accumulate things, the less fulfilled you feel. And I feel it. While stability is nice, I realize also that it preys upon my many weaknesses. In order to become the person I want to be, I need to remove any paths that may exploit those weaknesses. This backpack will become my only lifeline and soul provider of everything a Human Being typically necessitates from life. How I'll decide to go about it is precisely what excites me about the whole adventure. I figure, taking it month to month at a time. Most countries in the world invite Canadians into their homes for 90 days without a visitors permit. Though, I am aware, there are some that require one when you'd assume they wouldn't. Just goes to show...when you assume, you make an ass of u and me. I've often romanticized living in a different place every month. Even as far to living in a different country every other month. Which, in Europe, would be a very easy thing to do. The only problem of course, is being allowed in the Shengen area for me is a 90 day limit line. After that, I could always stay in the UK for up to 6 months. Not something I'm particularly a fan of doing. Reasons being the cost of exchange, and the weather. No offence. Sorry Brits :) Among the packsafe bag, I've also invested in a few other things such as rfid protective sleeves and a microfibre towel. I've also been doing some research on another traveler's essential called "Scrubba"; a durable laundry wash bag where you can actually wash your clothing in. They claim that using the Scrubba wash bag is as effective as one wash in the machine. As nerve wrecking as this whole experience seems to be, like I mentioned, I'm also looking forward to it. I've got nothing to lose but time. I want to make sure I lose that time doing the things I love. Because we all ultimately die. I want to be one of the ones that can die without having any regrets.
